1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights displayed on the website https://www.claro2.com, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, product images, product descriptions, text content, graphic designs, product packaging designs, technical illustrations, device operation diagrams, software codes, and product manuals related to portable oxygen concentrators, sleep ventilators, anti-choking rescue devices, fetal doppler monitors, skin tag removal devices, red light hair growth caps, are the exclusive intellectual property assets of ClarO2 Medical LLC.
No individual, enterprise or third-party platform may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reprint, display, sell or commercially use any of the above intellectual property content without our prior written authorization.
2. Trademark Protection
The "ClarO2" logo, word mark and related graphic symbols are registered trademarks owned by ClarO2 Medical LLC. All product names, series marks for our respiratory, home medical, beauty and fetal care devices are protected by international trademark laws. Any unauthorized imitation, counterfeiting or use of confusingly similar trademarks for portable oxygen machines, BiPAP ventilators, fetal heart monitors and other medical devices constitutes trademark infringement.
3. Copyright Protection
All texts, pictures, videos, parameter introductions, and layout designs on this website are protected by international copyright laws. The product introduction copy, equipment principle diagrams, usage tutorial images of portable oxygen concentrators, red light hair therapy caps, skin tag removers, anti-choking emergency tools and fetal dopplers shall not be intercepted, downloaded, edited and reused for commercial sales without formal written permission from ClarO2 Medical LLC.
4. Product Technical & Design Patents
The structural design, circuit technology, air supply system, light therapy structure and portable mini size design of our medical equipment series (portable oxygen generators, sleep ventilators, fetal doppler monitors, anti-choking rescue devices, skin spot removal instruments, low-level laser hair growth helmets) apply for relevant utility model and appearance patents. All technical solutions and appearance designs are protected by global patent regulations.
Any unauthorized imitation, reverse engineering, mass production and sale of our patented medical devices will be pursued for full legal liability including compensation for economic losses.
5. Prohibited Infringing Behaviors
The following acts are explicitly forbidden and will be regarded as intellectual property infringement:
- Copying our product photos, parameter copy, device display images to sell identical or counterfeit portable oxygen concentrators, ventilators, fetal dopplers and other home medical devices;
- Imitating the ClarO2 brand logo, product shell appearance and packaging design for competing medical equipment sales;
- Republishing our website articles, technical tutorials and device operation guides on independent stations, social media, e-commerce platforms without consent;
- Modifying our product images, then using them to sell low-quality imitation anti-choking tools, red light hair growth caps, skin tag removal devices.
6. Infringement Handling & Legal Remedy
Once ClarO2 Medical LLC discovers any intellectual property infringement against our medical and beauty device products, we reserve the right to take all legal measures, including issuing infringement cease letters, reporting to e-commerce platform regulators, filing civil lawsuits, claiming economic damages and attorney fees from the infringer.
